Russia is the leader in terms of the exchange trade turnover with Belarus. This was stated by the chairman of the board of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange Alexander Osmolovsky during the panel discussion “Belarus – Russia: Integration and New Horizons of Industrial Cooperation and Import Substitution”, organized at the Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Forum, BUCE press secretary Roman Yaniv told BelTA.

“In January-August of this year, the exchange trade turnover between Belarus and Russia increased by one and a half times and reached $ 375 million. The head of BUCE paid special attention to such a promising area as transit transactions. In his opinion, the use of the exchange floor as a springboard for entering the markets of third countries will contribute to the growth of the popularity of exchange trading among representatives of Russian business.
