The CEC (Central Election Commission) appointed RSK Bank OJSC and Aiyl Bank OJSC as banking institutions for opening special accounts of electoral funds and financing election campaigns of candidates in two single-mandate constituencies – Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky for participation in the repeated elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

The CEC reminds that, in accordance with the norms of the law, a candidate, from the moment of his nomination and until the submission of documents for registration, creates his electoral fund. All funds are transferred to a special account with a banking institution.

For registration, the candidate from the special account of the electoral fund transfers the electoral deposit in the amount of 100 thousand soms to the CEC deposit account, about which no later than 27 calendar days before the election day, that is, before 18:00 on January 30, he submits to the CEC a document confirming its payment.
