The Fund for Support of Reforms in the Sphere of Public Education will allocate a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 15 billion soums to the Extrabudgetary Fund for the Promotion of the Study of Foreign Languages.

This is provided for by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to improve the study of foreign languages,” adopted on January 19, reports Norma.

The allocated money will be used to introduce effective teaching methods, programs and textbooks in preschool institutions, secondary schools, academic lyceums, higher educational institutions and training centers.

Modern educational and scientific literature, textbooks and teaching aids published abroad, international tests and licenses for their conduct, copyrights for content for teaching foreign languages ​​will be purchased.
