During the three days of early voting, 24.07% of the citizens included in the lists of referendum participants have already taken part in the referendum. This was reported to BelTA by the CEC.

In the top three – Gomel region, where the percentage of voters is 27.61%, Mogilev (26.34%) and Brest (25.07%) regions. Minsk region (24.23%), Vitebsk region (23.83%), and Grodno region (20.85%) follow.
