The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced changes in the rules for the entry of citizens of the country into Russia through third countries, Total.kz reported.

“Dear citizens, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that at present, citizens of Kazakhstan can fly through Belarus to Russia only if they have a residence permit of this country or the corresponding grounds provided for by the order of the government of the Russian Federation No. 635-r dated March 16, 2020,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
