The Belarusian aviation authorities have also decided not to recommend foreign air carriers to use Ukraine’s airspace during flights, UNIAN reported.

Belarus will appeal to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) against the ban on the use of their airspace by Belarusian air carriers.

This is stated in an official comment of the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus.
