Azerbaijan state budget’s surplus amounted to 164.5 million manats ($96.8 million) or 4.1 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), the State Statistics Committee said.

In the same period last year, the surplus was 291.9 million manats or 0.9 percent of GDP.

State budget revenues amounted to 11.59 billion manats in January-June, down from 12.02 billion in the same period last year.

Azerbaijan’s state budget projects revenues at 25.427 billion manats, expenditures – 28.543 billion manats.
