Budget deficit of Belarus in 2021 amounted to Br0.6 billion-BELTA.BY

The deficit of the republican budget of Belarus in January-December 2021 amounted to Br0.6 billion, BelTA learned from the Ministry of Finance.

Republican budget revenues amounted to Br28 billion, or 101.6% of the adjusted annual plan.

VAT receipts amounted to Br14.9 billion (100.4%), income tax – Br5.1 billion (102.9%). Excises were received in the amount of Br3.7 billion (100.6%). Income from foreign economic activity amounted to Br5.1 billion, or 102.7%.

Republican budget expenditures are equal to Br28.6 billion, or 95.7% of the adjusted annual plan.

Br11.4 billion (91.2%) was allocated for national activities, Br6.8 billion (95.9%) for financing the national economy, social sphere (social policy, education, healthcare, physical culture, sports, culture and mass media). information) – Br21.2 billion (98.2%).

The general government budget surplus in January-December amounted to Br0.9 billion. Revenues amounted to Br65 billion (102.3% of the adjusted annual plan), expenditures – Br64.1 billion (97%).
