Custom revenues to Azerbaijan’s state budget declined 2 percent year-on-year to 1.66 billion manats ($977 million) in January-May 2021, the State Customs Committee said.

The committee said that fees for VAT declined by 8 percent year-on-year 1.129 billion manats, excise duties rose 14 percent to 62.148 million manats.

Custom duties rose 13/7 percent to 453.292 million manats.

The 2021 state budget sees revenues from custom at 3.9 billion manats.
