The general director of the portal, the chief accountant, their deputies, and the director of personnel were detained. The police took away the head of the marketing department, business analyst, deputy editor-in-chief and a journalist.

Onliner.by employees appealed to law enforcement agencies about the disappearance of their journalists, but they were told that there were no such detainees in any police department.

The office of the portal is searched all day long. The equipment was confiscated from some employees, they are witnesses in the case. Also, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has limited access to the Internet publication and its copies on the basis of a statement by the prosecutor’s office that the media has repeatedly violated the legislation of the republic.
