President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the people of this country on the 30th anniversary of independence. BelTA learned this from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Your country is celebrating a significant anniversary with high achievements in socio-economic development, successes in state building, strengthening its authority in the international arena,” the congratulation says.

The Belarusian leader expressed his conviction that building up multifaceted mutually beneficial relations between Minsk and Ashgabat, based on the principles of friendship and equal partnership, will become an important contribution to ensuring a happy, peaceful and prosperous life for Belarusians and Turkmens.
