The five-star hotel will be built in a great location. The most important event was the laying of the foundation of a new residential complex yesterday. This residential complex will be built on the basis of the master plan of Shushi. The general plan of Shushi has been approved and it is a very detailed, well-developed plan. At the first stage, it is planned to build 25 three-, four- and five-story residential buildings there, so that citizens have already begun to return to Shusha.
