The Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Ramazon Rakhimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Saimumin Yatimov and prosecutor of GBAO P. Orifzoda held a meeting with civil activists of the city of Khorog the day before.

As reported in the General Prosecutor’s Office of Tajikistan, during the meeting, the information of the regional prosecutor on the conduct of investigative actions in connection with the criminal and unlawful actions committed during the events of November 25-28, a forensic medical examination, on the interaction of the members of the investigation team with the civilian society.

In their speeches, the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Committee for National Security thanked the representatives of civil society and residents of Khorog for their help in stabilizing the situation and expressed their views and proposals on issues related to the rule of law in a legal way to solve existing problems.
