Under the Affordable Mortgage program, loans worth 845 million hryvnias were approved-UKRINFORM.UA

As of October 25, 2021, the authorized banks signed 977 loan agreements for the total amount of UAH 845 million under the Affordable Mortgage 7% program.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the  press service of the Ministry of Finance .

As of October 25 of the current year, the authorized banks for the implementation of the State Program “Affordable Mortgage 7%” signed 977 loan agreements totaling UAH 845 million for both primary (24.21%) and secondary (respectively – 75.79%) markets, “the statement said.

In total, the authorized banks received 1,394 applications for participation in the program for a total amount of UAH 1,216 million, of which 23.81% is the primary market and 76.19% – the secondary.

The program involves 23 regions, including Kyiv.

According to the applications for loans submitted by citizens, the most active regions last week were: Kyiv (33.2%), Kyiv region. (30.8%), Kharkiv region. (6.5%), Lviv region. (6.3%), Rivne region. (3.9%) and others (19.3%).

To attract more participants in the state programs “Affordable Mortgage 7%” and “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, the Ministry of Finance has developed a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020” January 24, 2020 №29 ”, which was adopted at the government meeting on October 21, 2021.
