Lavrov was commenting on the actions of Kyiv in the Donbass, as well as the statements of the administration of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky that no actions are planned in the southeast of the country, because Kiev cannot fight its own people. The Russian Foreign Minister called these statements a lie, the news organisation reported.
