In Uzbekistan, on the eve of the holiday, additional trains, planes and buses are being launched. This is done to solve the problem of lack of tickets, the Podrobno.uz correspondent reports.
“In connection with the New Year holidays, there is a sharp increase in passenger traffic, so the Ministry of Transport is taking additional measures to increase the mobility of the population in the regions, to ensure the timely arrival of passengers at their destinations,” the Ministry of Transport said.
In particular, from December 27 to 30 of this year, Uzbekistan Airways will operate two flights in the directions Tashkent – Nukus, Tashkent – Bukhara, one flight in the directions Tashkent – Karshi, Tashkent – Namangan, Tashkent – Termez and three additional flights on the route Tashkent – Urgench. The total number of additional flights per week will reach 10.
