Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed regional governors to ensure that night entertainment and restaurants are banned from 23:00 to 06:00. This decision was made due to the growth of coronavirus diseases in the country, according to a message published on the Kremlin’s website.
The head of state also recommended that the governors introduce a self-isolation regime for unvaccinated people over 60 years old. Also, the heads of the regions must introduce a system of QR codes for citizens to visit organizations, the list of which will be established by the Cabinet of Ministers and local authorities.
“The top officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with Rospotrebnadzor, shall ensure strengthening of control over the observance of all restrictive measures, including the introduction of a ban on holding entertainment events and the provision of public catering services from 23:00 to six in the morning”, –it says in the list of instructions of the president.
