The preparation of the Address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly in 2022 has conceptually begun. This was announced to reporters by the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov.

“Conceptually, yes, but substantively, we still have to work on the basis of the text, then the president himself will finalize it as always,” he said, answering the relevant question.

Peskov added that there will be a message “at the beginning of the year.”

In 2021, the Russian president delivered a message to parliament on April 21.
