(Read the full article on news.ru)

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the chairman of the all-Russian public organization “Russian Red Cross” Raisa Lukutsova. This is reported by TASS with reference to the chairman of the Moscow city branch of the RKK lawyer Igor Trunov.

In a statement addressed to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, Trunov said that the case was opened on the fact of fraud related to the sale of the buildings of the Druzhba sanatorium near Moscow in the Moscow region. He noted that Lukutsova was detained red-handed while receiving a bribe of 30 million rubles.

We also ask the head of the IC, Alexander Bastrykin, to take under his special control the investigation of all crimes, including an attempt to sell the property of “Druzhba” in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the organization –quotes agency letter.

In addition, the case is being checked on the fact of embezzlement related to other real estate objects: a recreation centre in Khlebnikovo near Moscow, a rescue service base on Mosfilmovskaya Street in Moscow and with the capital’s administrative building. The case of an attempt to sell the sanatorium was initiated on January 19, 2021 by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Earlier, the Moscow Garrison Military Court received materials of the criminal case against the former deputy head of the “K” department of the FSB Economic Security Service of Russia Dmitry Frolov. He is also suspected of corruption.
