The CEC said that United Russia could receive 324 seats following the elections to the State Duma-TASS.RU

The United Russia party may receive 324 deputy mandates in the lower house of parliament following the elections to the State Duma. This is stated in the preliminary information posted on the website of the Central Election Commission of Russia on Tuesday.

According to the CEC, after processing 100% of the final protocols, the United Russia party won 49.82% of the votes on the party list, which gives them the right to 126 mandates. In addition, United Russia representatives won 198 single-mandate constituencies. In total, the party can claim 324 seats in the new Duma.

Representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation received 18.93% of the vote (48 seats can be received). The communists also won the elections in nine single-mandate constituencies, in total they can count on 57 seats in the lower house. “Fair Russia – For Truth” on the party list won 7.46% of the vote (19 mandates), in single-mandate constituencies – eight mandates. In total, spravorassi can get 27 seats in the new Duma.

The Liberal Democratic Party received 7.55% of the votes (19 mandates) in the elections on the list, and two more mandates in the constituencies, which in total gives 21 mandates in the new Duma. “New people” received 5.32% of the votes in the federal district (13 seats), while their single-mandate candidates did not win in any district.

In addition, representatives of Civic Platform, Rodina and the Growth Party received one deputy mandate each. Also, five self-nominated candidates will receive mandates in the new Duma.
