According to Kalashnikov, Russia has always been the guarantor of peace both for the residents of South Ossetia and Abkhazia and for its compatriots. In addition, the Russian side is fulfilling its obligations to maintain peace in these regions so that new armed conflicts do not start.
Western statements are not worth paying attention to. Signatures were collected literally in a very short time. Maybe they could find more countries, but it was necessary to issue a document, so at the very last moment the number of signatures turned out to be only seven, sums up Kalashnikov.
