Kazakhstan Temir Zholy hosted negotiations between the Chairman of the Board of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy N. Sauranbayev with the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. Makhkamov and acting Chairman of the Board of Uzbekiston Temir Yullari H. Hasilov on cooperation in the field of railway transport and implementation of joint projects, UZ DAILY reported.

During the talks, the sides discussed issues of further increasing the volume of traffic, confirming the need to implement joint initiatives of the governments of the two countries to develop railway transport.
