The third and final batch of additional international security assistance from the US government for $ 60 million has arrived in Ukraine .

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense .

The plane with the cargo landed at Boryspil International Airport. Ammunition, anti-tank and high-precision weapons, as well as medical equipment were delivered to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The agency reminded that during this month, namely on October 10 and 18, the previous two consignments of cargo were delivered to Ukraine.

“$ 60 million in international security assistance has been made possible by agreements reached during President Volodymyr Zelensky’s recent visit to the United States. It is in addition to the previously agreed $ 250 million,” the statement said.

As UNIAN reported, on October 10, as part of the implementation of additional security assistance from the US government to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a result of agreements reached during the recent visit of President Volodymyr Zelensky to the United States, international technical assistance arrived in Ukraine. As part of this assistance, Ukraine will receive another $ 60 million in medical equipment, weapons, necessary ammunition, high-precision weapons and radar surveillance equipment.
